DO YOU HAVE A CASING FOR MY PHONE?

We usually have most phone models on hand but if not, we have to get the base online before personalizing it with your Yakan color. This would require a longer waiting time but don't worry! We'll be notifying you about it if you choose to pursue your order and be patient with it.

HOW DO I ORDER?

You can find the button that will send you to the order form at our Products page. To ensure quality, we do orders by batches. There are two batches every month so please be patient when we are processing your orders.

HOW LONG WOULD MY ORDER TAKE?

As most of our products are personalized, please be informed that there is a lead time of 2-3 weeks before your item is delivered as the cases are made by hand and shipped from Basilan. Don't worry though, we will notify you every step of the way.

HOW DO I PAY?

Once your order is confirmed, we will be sending you the bank details where you can deposit your payment.
